Srinivasa Raghavan Mathurakavi Ayyangar
Srinivasa Raghavan Mathurakavi Ayyangar (MSR Ayyangar) is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Emmessar Biotech & Nutrition Ltd (EBNL) and he serves on its board of directors.
The initial 25 years of MSR's career, he was deeply connected with different branches of engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic & Instrumentation) with particular emphasis on 'Design' and 'Systems Integration' for various engineering industries & brands such as IBM Computers, GE (Electro-Medical Equipments), Iron Foundries, Steel Forgings, Global Turn-Key projects involving steel fabrication & construction for core industries such as petroleum and large petro-chemical industries etc.
Since his early childhood, MSR had a natural inclination towards spirituality and human health. This resulted in a profound study of Veda, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Naturopathy which he continues till date.
MSR invested considerable time & effort to gain a thorough understanding of - a) the anatomy & physiology, b) biological mechanisms of "Function & Structure" inter-relationships and c) the importance of Mind-Body connection in wholesome health care management.
In the last 20 years, MSR has been investing in research & development in the field of micronutrients and non-toxic health care products. The path breaking development of 'VedaCeuticals', a unique amalgamation of ancient Ayurveda and modern Pharmaceuticals, is a result of this R&D efforts.
MSR has also been advising and treating patients in India & abroad with a holistic approach for over 33 years. He is particularly well known & highly respected for his deep understanding of and experience in AYUSH system of medicine also known as ISM (Indian system of medicine).
MSR graduated in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal in the state of Telangana, India (then known as the Regional Engineering College in the state of Andhra Pradesh) in 1970. He also has a PG diploma in 'Business & Industrial Management'. MSR also serves in the Medical Advisory Board for MediAngels, a Global e-Hospital that is meant to revolutionize the way we look at healthcare.

Jeyavel B Nadar
Executive Director, Internal Auditor, and CFO
Jeyavel (BJ) heads our Finance & Accounts (including management accounting), Direct & Indirect taxations, Auditing and Cost & Works Accounting and Audit. He also heads our supply chain management and distribution. He has over 30 years of work experience and has been with EBNL since inception.
Ignatius J Pereira
Deputy General Manager
Pereira (IJP) heads all functions of statutory compliances for all our requirements related to ROC, SEBI and BSE. He also drives our investor relations. Pereira has been with EBNL since inception and has over 30 years of work experience in the field of company law & secretarial functions.
Musafir Yadav
Deputy General Manager
Musafir (JMY) heads manufacturing for all lines of EBNL products including procurement, inventory control, inspection & quality control, shipping & logistics. Musafir has been with EBNL since inception. He has over 25 years of work experience.
Priyanka Omprakash Sharma
Company Secretary
Priyanka is a qualified Company Secretary. She has experience of over 6 years of experience working as company secretary in various organisations. She completed her education from ICSI and WIRC.

Dr. Razi Ronen
Dr. Ronen is the founder & the owner of Dead Sea Medica Ltd, Israel. He is a nutritionist & herbalist. He is also an expert who developed revolutionary water treatment solutions in the most economical way. His development of micro-fertilizers which can also act as pest eliminators in agriculture is unparalleled. He developed numerous products for human healthcare drawing raw materials from natural resources such as minerals & vegetable plant extracts from Dead Sea. Razi has a PhD in Human Nutrition. He closely works with EBNL as a technical advisor in product development.
Dr. Lilly Partha
Dr. Partha is an International Holistic Consultant, a Healer, an Author, and a Speaker Extraordinaire. Her illustrious academic qualifications include – (a) Bachelor of Science in Biology, University of Illinois, (b) Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, University of Illinois, (c) Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Midwest College of Oriental Medicine, (d) Master of Science in Oriental Medicine, Midwest College of Oriental Medicine, (e) D.Hom/PhD, Hahnemann Homeopathic Medical College. She also graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She has been utilizing her diverse training in private practice for over 20 years. She is one of our key panelists & EBNL’s advisor on holistic health concepts.
Gaurav Ajmera
Gaurav is the Director of Ajmera Herbals Ltd, one of EBNL’s close manufacturing partners. He comes from a family of exponents of Ayurveda with profound knowledge of Ayurvedic pharmacy. Gaurav is deeply involved with EBNL in the manufacturing & quality control of our various products. He has over 15 years of experience in manufacturing & developing Ayurvedic and Herbal products including cosmetics. He completed his graduation in pharmacy and his post graduation in marketing management.

Dr. Anuradha Raghavan
Dr. Anuradha completed her Masters & Ph.D at Syracuse University, USA in the field of Organic Chemistry and her Postdoctoral Fellowship in Rockefeller University, USA in the field of Biomedical sciences. She has over 15 years of experience in various fields such as Teaching, R&D, IPR administration, Project Management, Product Development etc. including 6 years in pharmaceutical industry. She is principally part of the think tank that contributes and supports innovations & technology developments in EBNL.
Dr. Sarada Raghavan
Dr. Sarada completed her Masters in Biology from Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), India and she obtained her Ph.D. from European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL), Germany in the field of Cell Biology & Biophysics. She has over 10 years of experience in R&D in the fields of Molecular Biology & Biotechnology. She is principally part of the think tank that contributes and supports innovations and technology developments in EBNL.

Rajalakshmi Srinivasa Raghavan
Director - Non Executive, Promoter
Mrs. Rajalakshmi Srinivasa Raghavan has completed her B.A (Sociology). She has worked as Administrative Assistant to CMD in Vijay Tanks & Vessels Pvt. Ltd - for 4 Years (1972-75) heading the Personnel & Administration Department employing over 1000 Staff & Workers. She is involved in social work till now - and concurrently also the Secretary of Sett Minar CHSL from 2000 to 2022. She is also Governing Board Member of Peddar Road Residents Association (PRRA) since 2000. She is the Director in Emmessar Technologies Limited (since 20-07-1984).

Milind Sitaram Desai is a qualified chartered accountant. He is a corporate advisor and he runs his own consultancy firm. He has a vast experience of more than 35 years. Presently, he is also a director in IITL Projects Ltd., IITL Investrust Ltd, and Industrial Investment Trust Ltd.
